Häufige Fragen und schnelle Hilfe
„Ventoview-App nicht gefunden“ im Editor
Die App muss auf diesem PC laufen (Tray unten rechts). Läuft sie, aber der Editor findet sie nicht: In der App unter Einstellungen prüfen, ob „Webseite“ genau auf diese Seite zeigt und ob der Port frei ist.
Ein Modul zeigt nur Beispieldaten
- Ist das Modul in der App aktiv und grün?
- Spiele-Module: Das Spiel bzw. sein Client muss laufen.
- Chat, Alerts, Chat-Bot: In der App unter Einstellungen verbunden? Nach Updates mit neuen Berechtigungen einmal neu verbinden.
Overlay in deiner Streaming-Software bleibt leer
- Die Browser-Quelle muss auf dem PC laufen, auf dem auch die App läuft.
- Breite und Höhe der Quelle wie im Design einstellen.
- In deiner Streaming-Software bei der Quelle „Cache des aktuellen Browsers aktualisieren“.
Ton startet mitten im Loop nicht
App und Webseite auf den neuesten Stand bringen – beides muss Teilstücke (Springen in Dateien) unterstützen.
Chat-Bot antwortet nicht
- In der App beim Chat-Bot den Status lesen – dort steht, was fehlt.
- In der App unter Einstellungen neu verbinden (Berechtigung „Chat schreiben“).
- Befehle, deren Variablen gerade kein Modul liefert (z. B. von einem Modul, das nicht installiert ist), sind inaktiv.
- Whispers gehen nur mit bestätigter Telefonnummer und an etwa 40 verschiedene Leute pro Tag.
Port 47800 ist belegt
Dann nimmt die App von selbst den nächsten freien Port bis 47809 und zeigt ihn unter Einstellungen an (z. B. „Port 47801 (47800 ist belegt)“). Webseite, Editor und Overlays suchen sie auf 47800 bis 47809 von selbst und merken sich den gefundenen Port – auch alte Overlay-Links laufen weiter, umstellen musst du nichts. Läuft auf 47800 noch eine alte Version (früher „StreamHub“), beende sie im Tray und deinstalliere sie unter Windows-Einstellungen → Apps. Stellst du in der App einen Port außerhalb von 47800–47809 ein, braucht der Overlay-Link ihn als ?port=… – den setzt der Editor beim Kopieren selbst ein.
Ein Modul ist gesperrt, obwohl es freigeschaltet ist
Die App gleicht die Freischaltung alle 30 Sekunden ab – kurz warten. Hilft das nicht: unter Einstellungen Konto trennen und neu verbinden.
Bot-Elemente oder Generatoren fehlen
App auf den neuesten Stand bringen und den Editor neu laden. Wurde der Bot an zwei Stellen gleichzeitig bearbeitet, lädt der Editor den neuesten Stand nach, statt ihn zu überschreiben.
Audio-Effekte (Echo, Hall …) sind nicht zu hören
Ist die App auf dem neuesten Stand? App aktualisieren, Editor bzw. Browser-Quelle neu laden.
Die Tasten-Anzeige zeigt nichts
- App → Basic → ⚙ → „Tastatur anzeigen“ bzw. „Mausklicks anzeigen“ einschalten (ist absichtlich aus).
Pro-Inhalte im Hub bleiben gesperrt
Mit aktivem Pro-Abo: in der App unter Einstellungen das Konto trennen und neu verbinden – dann holt sie sofort einen neuen Lizenzschein. Ein einzeln gekauftes Modul schaltet Pro-Inhalte nicht frei.
Eine reagierende Spur bewegt sich nicht
- Im Editor nur beim Abspielen (Leertaste) – im Overlay immer.
- Live-Anzeige in der Spur-Zeile prüfen: bleibt der Balken leer, liefert der Wert nichts (Modul aktiv? Datenquelle im Design?) oder „Eingang von/bis“ passt nicht – „Auto“ probieren.
Tastenkürzel oder Controller reagieren nicht
- Tastenkürzel-Erweiterung in der App unter Einstellungen → Erweiterungen geladen?
- „Belegt oder ungültig“ im Status: Ein anderes Programm nutzt die Kombination – andere wählen.
- Gamepad: einmal eine Taste drücken, damit es erkannt wird.
“Ventoview app not found” in the editor
The app must be running on this PC (tray at the bottom right). If it's running but the editor doesn't find it: in the app under Settings check that “Website” points exactly to this site and that the port is free.
A module only shows sample data
- Is the module active and green in the app?
- Game modules: the game or its client must be running.
- Chat, alerts, chat bot: connected in the app under Settings? After updates with new permissions, reconnect once.
Overlay stays empty in your streaming software
- The browser source must run on the PC where the app also runs.
- Set the source's width and height as in the design.
- In your streaming software, refresh the cache of the current page on the source.
Sound doesn't start in the middle of the loop
Update the app and the website – both must support partial content (seeking in files).
Chat bot doesn't reply
- Read the status of the chat bot in the app – it says what's missing.
- Reconnect in the app under Settings (permission “write chat”).
- Commands whose variables no module currently delivers (e.g. from a module that isn’t installed) are inactive.
- Whispers only work with a verified phone number and to about 40 different people per day.
Port 47800 is taken
Then the app takes the next free port up to 47809 by itself and shows it under Settings (e.g. “Port 47801 (47800 is in use)”). The website, editor and overlays look for it on 47800 to 47809 by themselves and remember the port they found – old overlay links keep working too, you don’t have to change anything. If an old version (formerly “StreamHub”) is still running on 47800, quit it in the tray and uninstall it under Windows Settings → Apps. If you set a port outside 47800–47809 in the app, the overlay link needs it as ?port=… – the editor adds it when you copy the link.
A module is locked although it's unlocked
The app syncs the unlock every 30 seconds – wait briefly. If that doesn't help: disconnect the account under Settings and connect it again.
Bot elements or generators are missing
Update the app and reload the editor. If the bot was edited in two places at once, the editor loads the latest state instead of overwriting it.
Audio effects (echo, reverb …) can't be heard
Is the app up to date? Update the app, reload the editor or browser source.
The key display shows nothing
- Turn on app → Basic → ⚙ → “Show keyboard” or “Show mouse clicks” (off on purpose).
Pro content in the hub stays locked
With an active Pro subscription: disconnect the account in the app under Settings and connect it again – then it fetches a new license right away. A module bought individually doesn't unlock Pro content.
A reacting track doesn't move
- In the editor only during playback (Space) – in the overlay always.
- Check the live display in the track row: if the bar stays empty, the value delivers nothing (module active? data source in the design?) or “input from/to” doesn't fit – try “Auto”.
Shortcuts or controllers don't react
- Is the Shortcuts extension loaded in the app under Settings → Extensions?
- “Taken or invalid” in the status: another program uses the combination – choose another.
- Gamepad: press a button once so it's detected.
“App Ventoview non trovata” nell'editor
L'app deve essere avviata su questo PC (area di notifica in basso a destra). Se è avviata ma l'editor non la trova: nell'app in Impostazioni controlla che “Sito” punti esattamente a questo sito e che la porta sia libera.
Un modulo mostra solo dati di esempio
- Il modulo è attivo e verde nell'app?
- Moduli di gioco: il gioco o il suo client devono essere avviati.
- Chat, alert, chat bot: collegato nell'app in Impostazioni? Dopo aggiornamenti con nuovi permessi ricollega una volta.
L'overlay nel tuo software di streaming resta vuoto
- La sorgente browser deve girare sullo stesso PC dell'app.
- Imposta larghezza e altezza della sorgente come nel design.
- Nel tuo software di streaming, aggiorna la cache della pagina corrente nella sorgente.
Il suono non parte a metà del loop
Aggiorna app e sito – entrambi devono supportare i contenuti parziali (salti nei file).
Il chat bot non risponde
- Leggi lo stato del chat bot nell'app – lì c'è scritto cosa manca.
- Ricollega nell'app in Impostazioni (permesso “scrivere in chat”).
- I comandi le cui variabili al momento non sono fornite da nessun modulo (es. di un modulo non installato) sono inattivi.
- I whisper funzionano solo con un numero di telefono verificato e verso circa 40 persone diverse al giorno.
La porta 47800 è occupata
Allora l'app prende da sola la prossima porta libera fino a 47809 e la mostra in Impostazioni (es. “Porta 47801 (47800 è occupata)”). Sito, editor e overlay la cercano da soli tra 47800 e 47809 e ricordano la porta trovata – anche i vecchi link degli overlay continuano a funzionare, non devi cambiare nulla. Se sulla 47800 gira ancora una vecchia versione (prima “StreamHub”), chiudila dall'area di notifica e disinstallala in Impostazioni di Windows → App. Se nell'app imposti una porta fuori da 47800–47809, il link dell'overlay ne ha bisogno come ?port=… – l'editor la aggiunge da solo quando copi il link.
Un modulo è bloccato anche se è sbloccato
L'app sincronizza lo sblocco ogni 30 secondi – aspetta un attimo. Se non basta: in Impostazioni scollega l'account e ricollegalo.
Mancano elementi del bot o generatori
Aggiorna l'app e ricarica l'editor. Se il bot è stato modificato in due posti contemporaneamente, l'editor carica lo stato più recente invece di sovrascriverlo.
Gli effetti audio (eco, riverbero …) non si sentono
L'app è aggiornata? Aggiorna l'app, ricarica l'editor o la sorgente browser.
La visualizzazione tasti non mostra nulla
- Attiva app → Basic → ⚙ → “Mostra tastiera” o “Mostra clic del mouse” (spenti di proposito).
I contenuti Pro nell'hub restano bloccati
Con un abbonamento Pro attivo: nell'app in Impostazioni scollega l'account e ricollegalo – così prende subito una nuova licenza. Un modulo acquistato singolarmente non sblocca i contenuti Pro.
Una traccia che reagisce non si muove
- Nell'editor solo durante la riproduzione (Spazio) – nell'overlay sempre.
- Controlla la visualizzazione live nella riga della traccia: se la barra resta vuota, il valore non fornisce nulla (modulo attivo? fonte dati nel design?) o “ingresso da/a” non va bene – prova “Auto”.
Scorciatoie o controller non reagiscono
- L'estensione Scorciatoie è caricata nell'app in Impostazioni → Estensioni?
- “Occupati o non validi” nello stato: un altro programma usa la combinazione – scegline un'altra.
- Gamepad: premi un tasto una volta perché venga riconosciuto.
“No se encontró la app Ventoview” en el editor
La app debe estar en marcha en este PC (bandeja abajo a la derecha). Si funciona pero el editor no la encuentra: en la app en Ajustes comprueba que “Web” apunte exactamente a este sitio y que el puerto esté libre.
Un módulo solo muestra datos de ejemplo
- ¿Está el módulo activo y en verde en la app?
- Módulos de juego: el juego o su cliente debe estar abierto.
- Chat, alertas, bot del chat: ¿conectado en la app en Ajustes? Tras actualizaciones con permisos nuevos, vuelve a conectar una vez.
El overlay se queda vacío en tu software de streaming
- La fuente de navegador debe funcionar en el mismo PC que la app.
- Ajusta el ancho y el alto de la fuente como en el diseño.
- En tu software de streaming, actualiza la caché de la página actual en la fuente.
El sonido no empieza en mitad del bucle
Actualiza la app y la web – ambas deben admitir contenido parcial (saltos dentro de archivos).
El bot del chat no responde
- Lee el estado del bot en la app – ahí pone qué falta.
- Vuelve a conectar en la app en Ajustes (permiso “escribir en el chat”).
- Los comandos cuyas variables ningún módulo entrega ahora (p. ej., de un módulo que no está instalado) están inactivos.
- Los susurros solo funcionan con un teléfono verificado y a unas 40 personas distintas al día.
El puerto 47800 está ocupado
Entonces la app toma sola el siguiente puerto libre hasta 47809 y lo muestra en Ajustes (p. ej., “Puerto 47801 (47800 está ocupado)”). La web, el editor y los overlays la buscan solos entre 47800 y 47809 y recuerdan el puerto encontrado – los enlaces antiguos de overlays también siguen funcionando, no tienes que cambiar nada. Si en el 47800 sigue funcionando una versión antigua (antes “StreamHub”), ciérrala en la bandeja y desinstálala en Configuración de Windows → Aplicaciones. Si en la app pones un puerto fuera de 47800–47809, el enlace del overlay lo necesita como ?port=… – el editor lo añade solo al copiar el enlace.
Un módulo está bloqueado aunque está desbloqueado
La app sincroniza el desbloqueo cada 30 segundos – espera un momento. Si no ayuda: en Ajustes desconecta la cuenta y vuelve a conectarla.
Faltan elementos del bot o generadores
Actualiza la app y recarga el editor. Si el bot se editó en dos sitios a la vez, el editor carga el estado más reciente en lugar de sobrescribirlo.
Los efectos de audio (eco, reverberación …) no se oyen
¿Está la app actualizada? Actualiza la app y recarga el editor o la fuente de navegador.
La vista de teclas no muestra nada
- Activa app → Basic → ⚙ → “Mostrar teclado” o “Mostrar clics del ratón” (desactivados a propósito).
El contenido Pro del hub sigue bloqueado
Con una suscripción Pro activa: en la app en Ajustes desconecta la cuenta y vuelve a conectarla – así obtiene enseguida una licencia nueva. Un módulo comprado por separado no desbloquea el contenido Pro.
Una pista que reacciona no se mueve
- En el editor solo al reproducir (Espacio) – en el overlay siempre.
- Revisa la vista en vivo en la fila de la pista: si la barra sigue vacía, el valor no entrega nada (¿módulo activo? ¿fuente de datos en el diseño?) o “entrada desde/hasta” no encaja – prueba “Auto”.
Los atajos o mandos no reaccionan
- ¿Está cargada la extensión Atajos en la app en Ajustes → Extensiones?
- “Ocupadas o no válidas” en el estado: otro programa usa la combinación – elige otra.
- Mando: pulsa un botón una vez para que se detecte.
« App Ventoview introuvable » dans l'éditeur
L'app doit tourner sur ce PC (zone de notification en bas à droite). Si elle tourne mais que l'éditeur ne la trouve pas : dans l'app sous Réglages, vérifie que « Site » pointe exactement vers ce site et que le port est libre.
Un module n'affiche que des données d'exemple
- Le module est-il actif et vert dans l'app ?
- Modules de jeu : le jeu ou son client doit être lancé.
- Chat, alertes, bot du chat : connecté dans l'app sous Réglages ? Après des mises à jour avec de nouvelles autorisations, reconnecte-toi une fois.
L'overlay reste vide dans ton logiciel de streaming
- La source navigateur doit tourner sur le même PC que l'app.
- Règle la largeur et la hauteur de la source comme dans le design.
- Dans ton logiciel de streaming, actualise le cache de la page actuelle sur la source.
Le son ne démarre pas au milieu de la boucle
Mets à jour l'app et le site – les deux doivent gérer le contenu partiel (sauts dans les fichiers).
Le bot du chat ne répond pas
- Lis le statut du bot dans l'app – il indique ce qui manque.
- Reconnecte-toi dans l'app sous Réglages (autorisation « écrire dans le chat »).
- Les commandes dont aucun module ne fournit actuellement les variables (ex. d'un module qui n'est pas installé) sont inactives.
- Les chuchotements ne fonctionnent qu'avec un numéro de téléphone vérifié et vers environ 40 personnes différentes par jour.
Le port 47800 est occupé
L'app prend alors d'elle-même le prochain port libre jusqu'à 47809 et l'affiche dans Réglages (ex. « Port 47801 (47800 est occupé) »). Le site, l'éditeur et les overlays la cherchent d'eux-mêmes entre 47800 et 47809 et retiennent le port trouvé – les anciens liens d'overlay continuent aussi de fonctionner, tu n'as rien à changer. Si une ancienne version (anciennement « StreamHub ») tourne encore sur 47800, ferme-la dans la zone de notification et désinstalle-la sous Paramètres Windows → Applications. Si tu règles dans l'app un port en dehors de 47800–47809, le lien de l'overlay en a besoin sous la forme ?port=… – l'éditeur l'ajoute lui-même quand tu copies le lien.
Un module est verrouillé alors qu'il est débloqué
L'app synchronise le déblocage toutes les 30 secondes – patiente un peu. Si ça n'aide pas : sous Réglages, déconnecte le compte puis reconnecte-le.
Des éléments du bot ou des générateurs manquent
Mets l'app à jour et recharge l'éditeur. Si le bot a été modifié à deux endroits en même temps, l'éditeur charge l'état le plus récent au lieu de l'écraser.
Les effets audio (écho, réverbération …) ne s'entendent pas
L'app est-elle à jour ? Mets l'app à jour, recharge l'éditeur ou la source navigateur.
L'affichage des touches ne montre rien
- Active app → Basic → ⚙ → « Afficher le clavier » ou « Afficher les clics de souris » (désactivés exprès).
Le contenu Pro du hub reste verrouillé
Avec un abonnement Pro actif : dans l'app sous Réglages, déconnecte le compte puis reconnecte-le – elle récupère aussitôt une nouvelle licence. Un module acheté à l'unité ne débloque pas le contenu Pro.
Une piste réactive ne bouge pas
- Dans l'éditeur, seulement pendant la lecture (Espace) – dans l'overlay, toujours.
- Vérifie l'affichage en direct dans la ligne de la piste : si la barre reste vide, la valeur ne fournit rien (module actif ? source de données dans le design ?) ou « entrée de/à » ne convient pas – essaie « Auto ».
Les raccourcis ou manettes ne réagissent pas
- L'extension Raccourcis est-elle chargée dans l'app sous Réglages → Extensions ?
- « Prises ou invalides » dans le statut : un autre programme utilise la combinaison – choisis-en une autre.
- Manette : appuie une fois sur un bouton pour qu'elle soit détectée.
